I wanted to give you a better idea of the agent I am and the actual person that you could be working with in a Real Estate transaction.
I have been a Realtor since March of 2003. I have seen many different markets and been a part of many transactions in the past few years. I enjoy building friendships while helping in a professional manner and getting the job done, whether I'm working for you as a buyers agent or a listing agent.
Working a Real Estate transaction can be tricky and quite confusing. Working with me as your agent can simplify the process of either getting the home you have always wanted or selling your home to move into the next phase in your life.
I am an Accredited Buyer Representative and I am also a Seller's Representative Specialist. I have taken many continuing education courses and stay current on the ever changing real estate market. In 2010 I was named Rockingham County "Realtor of the Year". In 2009, I received the "Elmo Hopkins Award", which is a code of ethics award. I am currently on the Board of Realtors for Rockingham County and the Vice President of the MLS board. I also serve on the "Northwest Guilford Kiwanis" board and am an active member in the "Stokesdale Business Association".
I am married to my lovely wife Casey. She is also a Realtor here at A New Dawn Realty, Inc. We have been married since August of 2008 and are expecting our first child. We really make a great team....
