Phillip Stone

I received my NC real estate license in March of 2003 and worked as my mother’s licensed assistant for roughly four years. In 2007, we made the decision that I needed to be an independent broker under the firm’s umbrella. Armed with all the knowledge and experience I gained during those previous four years, I flourished in my new adventure. Since that time, I have had the opportunity to complete more than 300 real estate transactions. I have learned valuable skill sets and tools from my experience with guiding many clients through the exciting and interesting world of real estate.

I am very blessed to have a wonderful family. My wife and I met through our jobs in real estate. We have two children, Savannah and Carter. They are the lights in our life.

Kris Cayton

I am a North Carolina native. My wife, Tauri, and I moved around a bit before eventually purchasing my childhood home in Madison. We are the proud parents of two wonderful children.

I grew up in the real estate business and officially become a Realtor® in 2004. My parents were involved with real estate transactions throughout the entire state of NC. One of my earliest memories is of riding with my dad to Oak Island so that he could complete repairs on a rental house and returning home that evening so that he could be at work the next day. This experience gave me an appreciation for hard work.

I did not initially plan to pursue a career in real estate. One day I received a catalog for Guilford County Technical college. I noticed that a real estate class was being offered at night, and I thought that this might be a way to gain some additional knowledge that would help my parents with their own real estate endeavors. Little did I know how much I would eventually end up enjoying the real estate world!

I spent several years driving a commercial vehicle during the day, while showing and selling real estate in the evening. In July of 2016, I finally took a leap of faith and started my full-time, real estate career. I discovered how much I love helping families fulfill their dreams of home ownership.

In my free time, I enjoy attending softball games with my daughter Abby and 4-H shooting sports tournaments with my oldest daughter Chloe. We attend Ellisboro Baptist Church in Madison.

Robin Priddy

I’ve had my real estate license since 2006, and I joined A New Dawn Realty in 2007 as a Realtor®. I’m currently a transaction coordinator on the listing team. It’s a privilege to help our clients move on to the next chapter in their lives. We have a great office with professional and caring agents. I’m proud to be part of such a wonderful group.

I am a native of Rockingham County and have spent most of my life in Stokesdale. I have two adult children. My daughter Casey is married to Phillip Stone and is a stay-at-home mom to my grandchildren, Savannah and Carter. My son Cory graduated from UNC at Greensboro and is an outpatient clinician at Insight Human Services. I enjoy spending time reading, watching movies, listening to music, and traveling. I love animals and am a “mom” to two rescue cats — Dexter and Scooter.

Zandra Slaydon

I joined A New Dawn Realty in May of 2015 as a listing assistant and a transaction coordinator. It was a welcome change to be a part of a team of highly productive members, and there is never a dull moment with my coworkers. Real estate is unpredictable, but helping our clients is rewarding. We get the job done!

Becoming a Realtor® was a major career move for me after more than 20 years as an office manager and bookkeeper for an industrial painting contractor. My other careers were in banking, personnel, safety, retail, and construction. I was always fascinated with real estate. I got my Realtor® license in 1995 and worked part-time for the next two years while continuing to work in the banking industry.

I was born and raised in NC and attended both Rockingham Community College and Western Carolina University. I love my family! I married the love of my life, Billy, 19 years ago. I have two sons from a previous marriage — Matthew and Bradley. Billy was also previously married and has a son, Ricky, and a daughter, Jennifer. I have two God-daughters, Leah and Tracy.
Between the six of them, we are blessed with seven grandsons and one granddaughter. It’s a circus when we all get together! I really don’t have much spare time, but when I do, I enjoy playing in my flower gardens, cooking, taking winery tours, and spending time with my family and friends.

Dawn Stone

Owning my own business was never my intention when I decided to go to school to get my real estate license. I had no plan of what I was going to do with my real estate license but I knew I had to have it if I was going to ever pursue a career in real estate. I was contacted by a local woman who had a property management company, and she asked me if I would consider purchasing her business. I prayed about it, knew it was what God wanted me to do, and took that leap of faith!
I love helping people get to the next point in their life. We are all in different seasons of life, and where you live is one of the biggest decisions that most people can make. It is important that you feel at home wherever you are. I am grateful that God has given me the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others. He uses A New Dawn Realty to help the people we come into contact with.

I have 2 awesome children. My son, Phillip, is my partner at A New Dawn Realty. My daughter, Heather is a nurse, and we are great friends. My son married a wonderful girl, Casey. They have two children, Savanna and Carter, who are the loves of my life.

I so enjoy doing anything that is outside. It is hard for me to stay inside on pretty days. I love my church family at Ellisboro Baptist Church. I am blessed to be surrounded with many good friends.

My mission for A New Dawn Realty is to help people get home.
